For the last month or so we have been living without CABLE! I have to say, there is not much I miss about TV. Especially now at the height of the election season, it is so nice to not see irritating ads for the candidates. I no longer see annoying commercials, no longer watch lame-o shows that we used to watch just because nothing else was on…no more Spongebob, Dora, Diego, and the like…it’s awesome. And the boys have not complained once. It’s great.
What we really want to watch we watch online whenever we get around to it. If there is any drawback, it is the lack of sports. It’s definitely hard to be a Suns fan, or Blazers fan, when we can’t watch many games. We may pay for the video streaming online which is way cheaper than watching it on TV anyway. So there, who needs it?! 
Um, we need it. Specifically, we need direct tv with dvr so we can pause and record. We need direct tv for the BYU games, and we need dvr so we can fast forward commercials. Our lives nearly depend on it. What kind of hobbies have you guys picked up with all your spare time? Butter churning? Ham curing? Do the boys now call you ma and pa? (he-he)
