I have had the privilege of coaching the 8th grade boys volleyball team this year and it has been a ton of fun. Our win-loss record does not show our success but these guys are great! They have improved immensely from the beginning of the season. I am a broken record at school because I talk about how awesome they ALL are and brag that I get to be a part of this program! I mean, LOOK at these guys! 
The cream of the crop…I’m really proud of them.

So cool you posted a picture of your team. They look awesome – and though I only count 2 smiles out of the entire group, that’s a pretty good percentage considering they are teenage boys! They are an awesome team cuz you are an awesome coach!
Well the lack of smiles is SUPPOSED to show how TOUGH they are…you aren’t getting that?!
When they are not trying to look tough they are the goofiest group of kids…lots of smiles, lots of laughs…love them!
